I am going to trail in two month. My ex inlaw are requesting a scudheled visitation. I am a fit parent and they are fit people as well. I have never denied access only asked them to request dates in writing a few months in advance. They have seen her 10 times this year and have more planned visits coming in december. Her bio father (their son) is in and out of her life so seeing her on his time is unrealistic. What is the likelihood they would get a schedule? (Yes I have a lawyer I just think any help and advice I can get will help me fight for my parental rights).
